I was bad today…

I made this cake:

I've had such a craving for a chocolate pound cake lately. It's not the most frugal thing in the world (5 eggs, 2 sticks of butter, 3 cups of sugar, etc), but it tastes so good. I couldn't resist. 

Before it was baked...

and after some of it was eaten!
