Saturday: Chicken and Artichokes in White Wine Sauce served over pasta, salad (bumped from last week)

Monday: Pasta with Eggplant and Pesto
Tuesday: Beef Stroganoff (new and I'm rewriting the recipe to better suit our tastes)
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Pasta with Sauce
